The sign area of a monument sign shall only be calculated using one side <br />401 <br />of the sign. If the two sides are different sizes, the larger side shall be used <br />402 <br />for determining sign area. <br />403 <br />404 C. Monument signs shall be located at least five (5) feet from any property <br />405 line and shall not project over the property line. Clear vision shall be <br />406 maintained from all streets and driveways. <br />407 <br />408 d. The total area of a monument sign shall not exceed 1.5 times the permitted <br />409 sign copy area of a monument sign. The total sign area includes all sign <br />410 copy, graphics, and structure. <br />411 <br />412 (3) Service Area Canopy. The fabric <br />420 or material used for the awning or canopy must be opaque and no internal <br />421 illumination is permitted. <br />422 <br />423 (5) Adult Use Signs.
