LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DECISION <br />Date of Decision: July 10, 2018 <br />® Approved ❑ Approved with conditions (include below) ❑ Dcmcd <br />LGU Findings and Conclusions (attach additional sheets as necessary): <br />George Stickney has applied for wetland boundary & type confirmation for the wetlands <br />located at 387 Orono Orchard Road in the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota (PIDs <br />0211723230005, 021172323006). Legal description: Section 2, Township 117N, Range 23W. <br />A wetland delineation was conducted by Jacobson Environmental on May 29, 2018. A <br />complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on May 30, <br />2018. Three wetlands were delineated on site. Wetland 1 was classified as a Type 5 Shallow <br />open water wetland, Wetland 2 was classified as a Type 1/6 Seasonally flooded basin/shrub <br />carr wetland, and Wetland 3 was identified as a Type 3/7 shallow marsh/hardwood swamp <br />wetland. <br />MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on July 10, 2018. MCWD was in agreement with the <br />wetland boundaries and types identified on site. MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as <br />delineated in the field and documented in the delineation report. This decision is valid for five years.
