The <br />tree survey identified black walnut, spruce, elm, ash, white pine, cedar, tamarack, maple, <br />basswood, and oak trees having a maximum 50 -inch diameter at breast height (DBH). <br />C. Wetland Inventory <br />A wetland delineation completed May 2018 by Jacobson Environmental, PLLC identifies three <br />wetlands listed in the table below. Wetland Delineation <br />The City of Orono code of ordinances defers wetland jurisdiction to Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed District. Average wetland buffer widths for wetland basin 1 and 3 is 75 feet, with a <br />65 -foot minimum applied buffer. Wetland basin 2 has an average buffer width of 40 feet, with a <br />34 -foot minimum applied buffer.
