The street width and layout appears to confirm to city standards. <br />2. The plan calls for a hammer head in lieu of the required Cul-de-sac. As the road is less than 150ft long this <br />seems an acceptable alternative to support service vehicle turn arounds. <br />3. The applicant should provide an easement for the portion of the road planned outside of the existing right of <br />way. The easement should cover the proposed pavement plus end feet on each side. <br />4.
