The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the accessory structure and a land alteration <br /> permit for the parking expansion prior to commencing construction of said improvements. <br /> 4. Final grading and drainage plans shall be approval by City Engineer prior to issuance of <br /> building permits or land alteration permits. <br /> 5. The conditions of Resolution No. 4845 and subsequent relevant Resolutions shall remain in <br /> effect except as modified by this Resolution. <br /> 6. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicants, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit and land <br /> alteration permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or the approvals will <br /> expire on that date (October 10, 2006). <br /> 7. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of the conditional use <br /> permit approval shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate <br /> any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 8.
