Wayzata Blvd <br /> Long Lake, MN 55356 <br /> Regarding: Plan approval for remodeling project to move forward <br /> Dear Brad: <br /> The submitted plans and specifications appear to be in general conformity with the <br /> standards of Hennepin County Ordinance Number 3 and Minnesota Rules, Chapter <br /> 4626. These plans are now approved. Please note that items specific to your project <br /> are in bold, all other standard items in the letter are to be advised. Although this plan <br /> has been approved, the following items listed below need to be addressed prior to the <br /> start of construction: <br /> • Please submit manufacturer spec sheets for approval on the hot dog roller, <br /> pizza display warmer, soda fountain, and coffee maker. Also, include spec <br /> sheets for all of the new coolers/freezer units. There is a donut case on the <br /> plan. Please submit shop drawings and/or photo with the materials it is <br /> made of and the design to protect the items. <br /> • Which layout should I follow? The hand drawn one from 1/5/16, where the <br /> three compartment sink is the first sink in the lineup as you enter the <br /> kitchen or the professional one from 10/6/15 where the handsink is first? <br /> We would prefer the handsink to be first. <br /> Equipment <br /> 1. Ensure that all food service equipment meets the applicable standards of <br /> construction of the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF).
