CITIZENS <br /> The scope of the city�s ultimate responsibil- <br /> ities to its re9idents in this respect was <br /> explored. The biggest problem is maintaining <br /> public facilities which comply with state laws <br /> regarding public waters, while assuring that <br /> those who are paying for these facilities have <br /> most ready access to them. Comparison to <br /> other Minneton�a area communities was made. <br /> In further discussion with the Mayor, some LONG RANGE PI,A.NNING <br /> long range recreation facilities planning was <br /> touched on. Among them were population pro- <br /> jections Por the City, the Parks and Recreation <br /> Dedicated Funds Program and its alternates and <br /> the ultimate approval by the Metropolitan <br /> Cozzncil of our recreational planning. <br /> Z'he Meeting was ad journed.
