Younger to <br /> the Club expressing his appreciation by snow- <br /> mobilers for the proper use of his land whi.ch <br /> he has allowed them to use as a designated <br /> trial area. <br /> ��r. Peterson and I�ir. Lathrop would like to see <br /> the Village consider rewriting the snotamobile <br /> �rdinance in the near future. A snowmobile trail <br /> from Stubbs Bay to IIaker Park is presently being <br /> threatened by a possible subdivision of property. <br /> Opheim suggested that the Club come up with a <br /> pro�osal to mend the part of the trail that will <br /> be broken by the subdivision. <br /> Opheim reported that 11e has been contacted by SKI TOT�TKA <br /> Lee Primus, owner of Ski Tonka, to see if the <br /> Village would be interested in acquiring that <br /> area for a �;�ublic park. The Commission members <br /> are requested to look over the area this month <br /> and report their opinions on the possibilities <br /> of using this sight as a recreational area. <br /> Burns handed out a list of park plan questions I,�KE-FROVT PROPERTY <br /> and tasks for study, A recommendation for a <br /> policy concerning subdividing of lake-front <br /> land and a listing of rationale behind the <br /> �olicy was also handed out.
