Council reflects a lack of faith in the <br /> intelligence and work of the Park Commission. <br /> Other members agreed. Non-participating <br /> members sllould be as�:ed if they are still <br /> interested and s3iould be asked to resign if <br /> they are not or cannot attend meetings <br /> fairly regularly.
