French Lake usage <br /> A discussion was held on reparian rights. RIPARIAiJ RIGHTS <br /> The Park Commissioii recommends the prouvsed <br /> riparian rights ordinance, It agrees iaitii the <br /> basic concept of control of t:�e lake s:iore so <br /> that it wi11 not be misused. It was felt, <br /> haz�rever, that newly created lots could be given <br /> riparian riglits under sensible guidelines. <br /> Example: A presently undivided parcel t'iat <br /> abuts the lake could be divided in such a way <br /> as to give riparian rights .
