Help in identifying the pro�lem. . At the <br /> present time, we can add one mill above the <br /> tax levy for control of dutch elm disease. <br /> The State requires a Village to have a �aeed <br /> inspector and this person can also be the <br /> tree inspector. <br /> Tom Loucks and Paul Fjare £rom Brauer �, Assoc. BRAUER F ASSOCIATES <br /> were present. Chairman Ogland reported to them <br /> the growth and activities of the Park Commission. <br /> An exchange of ideas was held. Mr. Loucks <br /> presented a conceptual idea of Orono to the <br /> Ccmmission. This idea involved preservation <br /> of t;ie natural amenities af the Village. <br /> Suggested requirements for the operation of <br /> privately owned public recreat�on areas in <br /> Orono were discussed.
