As <br /> a result of a complaint, on October 1, 2009, City Staff performed an inspection at the above <br /> address aka Amber Woods Office Center. During the inspection staff noted that materials and <br /> debris in exterior storage at the above address (and on the property to the south which is owned <br /> by the City of Orono) and specifically, the following violations of City Code Sections 58-1(a) and <br /> 58-3 were noted: <br /> 1. Dilapidated Sale/Lease sign <br /> 2. Wood Chips <br /> 3. Stacks of lumber <br /> 4. Plastic <br /> 5. Gallon Buckets <br /> 6. Pallets <br /> 7. Fasteners <br /> 8. Flashing <br /> 9. Downed Silt Fencing <br /> 10. Miscellaneous Construction Debris <br /> 11. Miscellaneous Junk & Debris <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> November 2, 2009 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property <br /> into compliance the above items must be removed from the property or stored in an enclosed <br /> building by the deadline noted above.
