Have your licensed architect or <br /> engineer as required by Minnesota Administrative Rules Sec. 1800.5200 address the following items 1 <br /> through 12. <br /> F . Provide plans and a Building Code review,signed by a person licensed under State of Minnesota <br /> Statute 326.02 to 326.15 <br /> 2. Need detailed description of proposed work to be done. <br /> 3. Provide location of address numbers for the building and suite numbers per International Building <br /> Code (IBC)Sec. 501.2. <br /> Provide location of Fire Department Connection and Type per. IBC Sec.903.6. <br /> 5. Provide locations of fire extinguishers and or cabinets per IBC Chapter 906. <br /> Provide details for labeling of room for fire suppression,shall be approved by Fire Chief. <br /> 7. Provide details of egress illumination per IBC Chapter 1006 interior and exterior. <br /> Provide details for door hardware meets the 2015 Minnesota Accessibility Code (MAC)Sec.404.2.6. <br /> 9. Provide details of handrail and guardrail design per IBC Chapter 1012 and 1013, also requested on <br /> plans for original building. <br /> 10. Provide details for accessible parking location(s),signage and striping per MAC Sec. 1106 and 1110. <br /> 11. Provide engineering for structural per IBC Chapter 16. <br /> 12: Provide copies of any Special Inspections conducted by previous owner if possible. <br /> This project does not meet the criteria set forth in Minnesota Rules 1800.5900 for exemption from using an <br /> architect or engineer licensed under Minnesota State Statute 326.02 to 326.15.Additional comments may be <br /> identified following review of updated information.
