In general,the items identified on previous punch lists have been completed to the satisfaction of the <br /> City,including landscaping items requested by the City and removing sediment from the biofiltration <br /> areas. <br /> 2. Turf has been established on the majority of the site. As shown on the attached figure, silt fence can <br /> be removed from the areas identified. It should be noted that applicant is still responsible for erosion <br /> and sediment control over the whole site. <br /> 3. The area around the sign in the northeast corner of the property needs to be restored. The applicant <br /> will provide the City with a landscaping and restoration plan for the area. <br /> Based on the remaining items of work and ongoing maintenance,I recommend that the letter of credit for the <br /> project be released and the City maintain the project escrow in the amount of$22,000 to cover the costs of <br /> erosion control,landscaping, and buffer establishment.
