It was the <br /> Web Site: action of the Board to approve the application with the following conditions: <br /> www.minnehahacreek.org <br /> • The wetland buffer on the east side of the wetland along the sixth fairway shall <br /> average 25 feet in width after excavation and restoration are complete <br /> • Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of$93.39 <br /> • Payment of Rule J fees in the amount of$135.50. <br /> Board of Managers <br /> Due to the size and complexity of certain projects, the Board, by Rule J, requires that site <br /> Pamela G.Blixt inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a <br /> James Calkins fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection, engineering <br /> services, legal services, and any subsequent monitoring of the work.
