Provide Code review, building size, occupant load,type of construction, Occupancy and Codes used. <br /> 2. Provide copy of review from health department for kitchen. <br /> 3. Kitchen will be required to meet current Plumbing Code. <br /> 4. Is the sewer for this building connected to a septic system or holding tanks? <br /> 5. Provide accounting for upgrades to Accessibility for the 20% rule based on remodel costs. <br /> 6. Is there any seating in the new screened in porch? <br /> 7. Provide cross section for service counter and Accessible details. <br /> 8.
