A new fire alarm system will be installed in the Wayzata Country club. <br /> 2. The fire alarm system is to be a multi-plex system. <br /> 3. The building is a fully sprinkled facility. <br /> 4. Fire alarm horns and strobe are to be installed throughout the facility per the 2000 IFC and <br /> Minnesota amendments. The horn strobes may be white in color. <br /> 5. If a knox box in specified by the Architect a tamper switch should be installed. <br /> 6. If a sprinkler is not allowed to be installed in the top of the elevator shafts, a smoke <br /> detector should be installed in its place. <br /> 7. Smoke detectors will be installed in storage rooms, electrical rooms and any other similar <br /> room required by the 2000 IFC. <br /> 8. A fire alarm annunciator panel will be installed in the vestibule at the main entrance for fire <br /> fighter use. <br /> 9. Smoke detectors will be installed at each elevator lobby.
