Page ?j U <br /> USE AND DISPOSAL OF SPILLED MATERIALS (CONT. ) <br /> B) RECOVERED PESTICIDE RINSATEB: <br /> 1) Small spills and rinsate resulting from daily spill cleanup should <br /> be (prioritize appropriate options and delete inappropriate <br /> choices) : <br /> a) Used as make-up water in the present or future outgoing <br /> pesticide loads of the same pesticide or same use-site <br /> compatible pesticides. Approximate concentration of rinsate <br /> should be accounted for when intended application is near <br /> maximum label rate. At no time should a rinsate exceed 5% of <br /> the total load. All customers receiving rinsate as makeup <br /> water should be informed in advance and approve. If a <br /> customer does not approve <br /> b) Applied as-is to <br /> as directed by <br /> These sites must be used in the current and following season <br /> for a crop specified by the pesticide label (s) . Also, over <br /> the course of the season, the rinsate applied cannot exceed <br /> label rates.
