A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO <br />SANDY PETTIT <br />FOR HER 21 YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE <br />TO THE CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7047 <br />WHEREAS, Sandy has served the City of Orono since March 16, 1998 as the City's <br />Utility Billing / Payroll Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, Sandy has demonstrated thorough bookkeeping of the City's Human <br />Resources records; and <br />WHEREAS, Sandy has diligently provided concise records and the processing of the <br />City's Employee Payroll and benefits and Utility Billing; and <br />WHEREAS, Sandy earned both respect and friendship of residents, contractors as well <br />as city staff members; and <br />WHEREAS, Sandy's years with the City have been marked by a strong commitment, <br />work ethic and respect and has proven great success and admiration; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of <br />Orono does hereby express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Sandy Pettit for her dedicated <br />service to the City, and does commend her for the manner in which she has carried out her duties <br />and responsibilities. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby extend to Sandy its <br />best wishes for success in her future endeavors. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held this 25th day <br />of November, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
