We urge you to <br />submit this survey and plan and such other exhibits is <br />mai portray your proposals to such governmental <br />agencies for approval and to obtain those approvals <br />before making any important decisions regarding this <br />property. <br />2. `Me eastern portion of this property is subject to <br />flooding due to tack of an adequate outlet for storm <br />water. This survey Aiows a possible future route for the <br />draining of this storn-i water to the lake. Because <br />governmental approvals and cooperation of adjoining <br />property owners would be required for such a solution <br />and because time is short for the client to begin building <br />his new home, he has elected to defer such a solution <br />until and if he can obtain approvals and cooperation. <br />For now, the swale portrayed north of the proposed <br />home could be raisi�d and made to flow both east and <br />west from a high point in the Swale as shown in the <br />detail and labeled "temporary solution".
