Due to the periodically <br /> saturated soils,a pressurized mound system will need to be installed to treat the septic effluent.The bottom <br /> of the treatment area must be located at least 3'above the saturated soils. <br /> The soils at a depth of 12"have a percolation rate averaging 5 MPI.
