<br />Lot 90, except that part lying Northerly and Westerly of a line commencing at the shore line of Lake
<br />Minnetonka at a point 80 feet North of the most Southerly line of Lot 89 measured at right angles from said
<br />line; thence continuing in a Northeasterly direction parallel with the South line of said Lot 89 to a point in the
<br />Westerly line of the roadway which was known as Lake Shore Avenue, which roadway was vacated by
<br />Order of District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota on December 9, 1931; hence continuing in a
<br />Northeasterly direction 147 feet to a point which is 75 feet North of the most Southerly line of Lot 89,
