Showing the length and direction of boundary lines of the legal description you furnished. <br />2. Showing the location of existing improvements we deemed important. <br />3. Setting new monuments or verifying old monuments to mark the corners of the property. <br />4. Showing a proposed street vacation which will require action by the City Council which may or may not be <br />granted. <br />5. Showing proposed transfer of the vacated street property to adjacent parcels, which will require the owners to <br />exchange deeds to accomplish that transfer and assumes their willingness to execute and file such deeds. <br />6. Showing proposed easements and legal descriptions for them to allow all properties to use the drain field aAld <br />utility line running to it, which will require the preparation and filing of an easement agreement to create these <br />easements and the willingness of the affected owner to execute such an easement document. <br />7.
