B. If the property is subdivided, the setback required for the Oversized Accessory <br /> Structure shall remain conforming. <br /> C. No plumbing shall be installed in the Oversized Accessory Structure unless <br /> allowed by City Code Section 78-1437. <br /> 2. RUN WITH THE LAND.
