ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made this 15 day of 1 U-It.2--- , 2010, between <br /> RICHARD MARTIN FRANZEL a/k/a R.M. FRANZEL and DOROTHEA HOLM <br /> FRANZEL,husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Owners"; and the CITY OF ORONO, a <br /> municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as <br /> the "City." <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Owners are the holder in fee simple interest in property located in Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota,which is legally described in Exhibit A hereto(the"Property"). <br /> B. The City desires an easement for the purpose hereafter set forth, and the Owners <br /> have agreed to grant such easement upon the terms and conditions contained herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good <br /> and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, it is <br /> hereby agreed: <br /> 1. Grant of Easement.
