MEMORANDUM <br />TO: ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: JESSICA LOFTUS, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />SUBJECT: ORDER OF REPORTS ON CITY COUNCIL AGENDA <br />DATE: OCTOBER 26, 2015 <br />Mayor McMillan requested an opportunity to discuss whether the City should revise <br />the order of the agenda to better manage meetings. One suggestion would be to <br />allow the public works items and public safety items to go first before the planning <br />items since they take less time to process. <br />
