The as-built shows a second driveway"under construction". Only one driveway access to Watertown Road is <br /> allowed (City Code Section 18-136). The driveway under construction should be revised. <br /> 2. The primary driveway exceeds the max allowable width. Maximum width is 20 feet with a 5 foot radius flairs at <br /> the road for a total of 30 feet. As depicted the driveway is 33 feet; please revise. <br /> 3. Survey depicts two proposed retaining walls that are not yet constructed. All of the work approved in the <br /> construction permit should be completed prior to the submittal of the as-built and close out of the building <br /> permit. <br /> 4. The survey depicts the location of the"Old Well". If no longer in use it should be properly abandoned by a <br /> licensed well driller. If a new well has been installed,the location should be shown. <br /> Also, Building Official, Roger Peitso, has left a message for you regarding the demolition of the original house. It appears <br /> the original house was demolished without a demolition permit. A demolition permit application is attached, please <br /> submit the application with a check for$150($75 for demolition of a principal structure and $75 for the after-the-fact <br /> fee). An inspection was required and not completed. Please provide any evidence you have of proper removal of <br /> materials.
