Describe your experience with plans that guide the City, such as the city budget and the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />4. Please describe what you believe are the major concerns of the City residents and <br />businesses. How do you think these concerns should be met by the City? <br />5. How do you feel about regulating your neighbors? <br />6. What do you think will be your biggest challenge in this position? What is your biggest <br />concern? <br />7.
