I am referring to the access between 4156 and 4157 <br /> Highwood Road, on the end of Highwood Lane. <br /> Ourselves and several neighbors have been using this access for sporting activities on lake Minnetonka <br /> for the entire time we have lived here. The last number of years it seems that there has been an effort to <br /> block this access with the use of storing dock sections on it forcing us to maneuver around the stored <br /> material to gain access. Now it appears that there is actually a retaining wall on this access, which we <br /> had not received any notifications showing this wall was being constructed. <br /> We would prefer that this alley access remains an asset to the residents of the Highwood road/lane <br /> neighborhood.
