3'719200 • <br /> RE: #2 on the Map <br /> RESOLUTION 0 227 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OP AN UNNAMED STREET IN <br /> REST POINT PARK <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a <br /> public hearing was held by the Village Planning Commission at the <br /> Village Hall, in the Village of Orono, Minnesota, on October 16, <br /> 1967 , at 7: 30 F.M., CDT. , to consider a petition brought by a <br /> majority of abutting land owners for the vacation of the following <br /> described street situated in the County of Hennepin and State of <br /> Minnesota: <br /> All that part of an unnamed twenty-foot street <br /> between the following described property: <br /> Lot 6 lying SE-ly of NW-1y 40 feet thereof, Plat 43080, <br /> Parcel 2700. Rest Point Park, and Lot 9, Plat 41940, <br /> Parcel 9000, Rergguist Addition to Saga.
