This access <br /> needs to be kept available for both public utility companies and the Fire and Police departments, the <br /> same as a Fire Lane on the main land. It is also the access point for construction materials and large <br /> deliveries for most of the island residences along the west shoreline. <br /> While I am sympathetic to J.
