To provide consistent high levels of customer service to both residents and other city staff <br />in relation to their financial questions <br />2. To maintain sustainable funding for operations and infrastructure while maintaining a stable <br />tax levy <br />3. To create a culture of continuous improvement demonstrated through the adoption of best <br />practices in financial processes to ensure the financial health of the City into the future. <br />4.
