To create a culture of continuous improvement by providing efficient and reliable government <br />services <br />4. To adopt best practices into city processes to ensure the high quality services are provided in an ever- <br />changing environment <br />The City Council has tasked the City Administrator to lead the redevelopment of the performance review <br />process and Human Resources functions. The city selected HRwize to facilitate moving HR functions into <br />a globally accessible platform that provides consistent formalized processes and digital performance <br />reviews. <br />Current Status - staff compiling and reviewing job specific position expectations to be submitted by July <br />31 <br />Steps Remaining -some will be completed concurrently: <br />• HRwize will implement forms for all positions - 1 week <br />• City will review and provide changes - 1 week <br />• City to ensure employee list is up to date- 1 day <br />• HRwize/City develop training documents for supervisors and staff- 1 week <br />• HRwize to produce logins for employees — 1 day <br />• HRwize/City to introduce Supervisors to software — 1 day <br />• HRwize/City to conduct training session for supervisors — multiple offerings <br />• HRwize/City to conduct training session for employees — multiple offerings <br />• Implement for annual/year-end performance reviews <br />
