Discarding of these <br />parcels can be beneficial as it does allow more cohesive development patterns. Council <br />direction on these situations would be beneficial. Additionally, some parcels provide access to <br />developable land, parcel 15 is an example. The Council should discuss how these situations <br />would be handled. <br />Policy <br />Some communities have developed policies to guide staff and the public as to when disposition <br />of the parcels would be considered.
