The <br />centerline of said easement is described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence South 75 degrees 02 minutes 45 <br />second East, assumed bearing along the northerly line of said Lot 8, a distance of 61.85 feet to an <br />angle point in said northerly line; thence South 89 degrees 04 minutes 56 seconds East, along <br />said northerly line, 4.04 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 62 degrees 36 minutes 23 <br />seconds West 52.88 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 8, and said line there terminating. <br /> <br />The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate at the northerly and <br />westerly lines of said Lot 8. <br />
