There was a <br />consensus for monthly billing. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Capital Improvement Plan <br />Printup mentioned that we need to be aware and need to know what certain items mean on <br />the Fire CIP. We don’t want to approve something and then it be used for something <br />differently and it is important to know what we are actually approving.
