Orono Subdivision <br /> Loren Butterfield <br /> Delineation Summary <br /> The project site is an approximately 10 acre parcel located in the Section 32 of Orono Township. A site location map <br /> is included as Figure 1. Copies of the National Wetland Inventory(NWI)and Hennepin County Soil Survey maps for <br /> the area of the project site are included as Figures 2 and 3, respectively. Figure 4 presents the approximate wetland <br /> boundary lines delineated as part of this project. The delineation consists of one wetland line with one transect <br /> comprised of two soil pits across a portion of the line that best characterizes the wetland. Routine Wetland <br /> Determination Data Forms for each wetland transect soil pit can be found in the Appendix. <br /> Site Circular 39 Cowardin <br /> Designation Type Type <br /> A 2 PEMB <br /> Wetland Line A and Transect A <br /> ye. <br /> i. '• <br /> Y4. <br /> yc <br /> The wetland at Transect"TA"is a Type-2, (PEMB)wet meadow.The area is mapped as Type-3,PEMC on the NWI <br /> (Figure 2). The location of Line A and Transect A can be found on Figure 4. The boundary of the wetland was staked in <br /> the field with pin-flagging and labeled A-1 through A-18.The wetland dominants included Reed Canary Grass,Sedge, <br /> and cattail.Upland dominants include Brome Grass,White Clover,Dandelion and Kentucky Bluegrass. The soil that is <br /> present in the wetland is mapped in the Hennepin County Soil Survey as L132A Hamel-Glencoe,depressional 0 to 3 <br /> percent slopes(Figure 3)of which is included on both the local or national hydric soils list. <br /> The site was investigated/delineated by: <br /> WRM Services,Inc <br /> Jeremy tnabauer <br /> 2006-226wdr.doc <br />
