The applicant is requesting a front yard setback. <br /> <br />2. Background. The property is located in the RR-1A. RR1-A requires 5 acres and a 100 foot <br />front yard setback. The subject property includes an existing farm house that is be remodeled <br />that sits entirely within the required front yard. The applicants are proposing to enclose the <br />existing deck on the back side of the home as a screened in porch and add a landing for a back <br />door from the home. Due to the location of the existing, legal nonconforming home, there is no <br />conforming building space to allow for additions since the home sits entirely within the 100 foot <br />front yard setback. <br /> <br />3. 15.99 Deadline. The applicant made a complete application on August 20, 2019. This <br />application will expire October 20, 2019. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. The Planning Commission reviewed the <br />proposed project and unanimously voted in favor. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment No public comment was made. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
