<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. ________________________ <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT GOLF COURSE DONATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Orono is generally authorized to accept donations of real and <br />personal property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The following persons have offered to contribute the cash amounts set forth <br />below to the city: <br /> <br /> Name of Donor Amount <br /> <br /> Mary Bubany <br /> <br /> <br />$644.07 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, All such donations have been contributed for the improvement of Orono <br />Public Golf Course, as allowed by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donations offered. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Orono, Minnesota <br />that the City acknowledges and accepts the donations as listed the for the improvement of the <br />Orono Public Golf Course. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on September 23, 2019. <br /> <br />ATTEST: CITY OF ORONO: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
