MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, September 16, 2019 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Ressler closed the public hearing at 8:42 p.m. <br /> <br />Ressler stated anytime there is the opportunity to go to a sewer connection versus a septic field or holding <br />tank, it is better situation. Feel it is pretty straight forward. <br /> <br />McCutcheon stated he always gets concerned about density, but if the property were subdivided, it would <br />have to come back before the Planning Commission to allow that additional density. While I have some <br />reservations, it would be better to hook up to municipal sewer. <br /> <br />Erickson and Bollis indicated they are in support of the application. <br /> <br />Gettman and Thiesse stated they do not have any reservations with the application. <br /> <br />McCutcheon moved, Gettman seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. LA19-000070, <br />Wayzata Country Club, 430 Old Long Lake Road, Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) <br />Expansion. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br /> <br />
