Gettman commented he is uncomfortable that there was not some type of notification along the way to <br />anyone at the City but that he is unsure how that could have been resolved. Gettman stated he has no <br />issues with it. <br /> <br />Ressler stated there were a lot of moving parts to the project and that he will take the contractor at his <br />word that this was an oversight due to all the moving parts with the landscaper. Further, it would not help <br />to import the dirt back in and this contractor does not have a pattern of doing this type of thing. <br /> <br />McCutcheon moved, Gettman seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. LA19-000055, <br />Hendel Homes on behalf of Molly Zwettler, 3345 Fox Street, granting of an after-the-fact Interim <br />Use Permit. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />
