The Applicant shall provide photo documentation of the condition of the City’s roads on <br />the route prior to hauling; and shall be responsible for repair to any damaged roadway. <br /> <br />5. Any substantive increase in the quantity of material to be exported which are not in <br />conformity with this approval may require further Planning Commission and City Council <br />review. <br /> <br />6.
