CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ESHO NO. 70 35 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT 2019 GENERAL <br /> SERVICE CHARGES TO HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2020 <br /> PROPERTY TAXES <br /> Whereas, the City Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota has enacted Chapter 75 of <br /> the Orono City Code which pertains to the collection of unpaid service charges; <br /> and <br /> Whereas, the charges identified in the attached list of properties are delinquent in nature; <br /> and <br /> Whereas, a ten days mailed notice and a published notice of the hearing was given, and <br /> the hearing will be held thereon the 28 day of October 2019, at which all persons desiring to be <br /> heard are given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as <br /> follows: <br /> That the Hennepin County Special Assessment Division is hereby authorized to place the <br /> delinquent general service charges on the 2019 property tax rolls, payable in 2020, at eight <br /> percent (8%)per annum, against the specified properties as set forth in the following Exhibits. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, and this 28th day of <br /> October, 2019. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> all'�- 9�� - <br /> Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
