J. Stubbs <br /> First Subdivision in Lot 2, Section 11, Township 117, Range. <br /> 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and southeasterly of the <br /> southeasterly right of way line of H. C. S. A. H. No. 15, <br /> Plat 51, per .Document No. 4701348. <br /> 2 . That said property is in the possession of Plaintiff, <br /> and has been inthepossession of Plaintiff since 1950 . <br /> 3 . Plaintiff' s possession of said property has been actual, <br /> hostile and underclaimof right, open and notorious, exclusive, <br /> and continuous since 1950 . <br /> 4 . That the claims of Defendants or each or any of them to <br /> any right, title, estate, interest in or lien upon said property <br /> are null and void. <br /> 5 . That said property is not assessed for taxation. <br /> ONCLUSIONS OF LAW_ <br /> 1. That Plaintiff, Richard Harry Evans, Sr. , aka R.
