Christine Mattson
From: Catherine Bach [cbach@minnehahacreek.org]
Sent: Thursday, May 31, 2012 11:36 AM
To: Christine Mattson; Erica Britcher
Cc: franks@gpsinnovations.com; Mary Hammes; 'rickriley@sawhorseusa.com'
Subject: RE: 4115 Watertown Rd, Orono
Hi Christine,
I just wanted to clarify that while the delineation report that was submitted to MCWD for approval on May 11 will still
be processed and decided on, we did not require an approved delineation to be submitted as part of the District permit
application because there are no District buffer requirements for a project of this nature (home addition) and we are
comfortable that there will be no wetland impacts caused by the proposed project. It sounds like the City does need an
approved delineation for the City permit, which I thought was why the delineation was performed and submitted to
MCWD for approval. Regardless, the delineation report was submitted for approval and it will be decided on after it is
deemed complete and the required 15-business day comment period has ended. Hope this makes sense--let me know if
you have any questions.
Thanks,
Catherine Bach
District Technician
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
18202 Minnetonka Boulevard
Deephaven, MN 55391
Direct: (952) 641-4504
Main Office: (952)471-0590
Fax: 952-471-0682
www.minnehahacreek.org
...
M11 IIA CREEK
WAURSR90 08STRICT
AThink Green - please do not print this email unless necessary
From: Christine Mattson [mailto:CMattson@ci.orono.mn.us]
Sent: Wednesday, May 30, 2012 11:10 AM
To: Catherine Bach; Erica Britcher
Cc: franks@gpsinnovations.com; Mary Hammes; 'rickriley@sawhorseusa.com'
Subject: RE: 4115 Watertown Rd, Orono
Hi Catherine,
I completely understand being swamped...we are short staffed here at the City as well.
1
