Jesse Struve <br /> To: Christine Mattson <br /> Subject: 20120612 4115 Watertown Rd. <br /> Christine, <br /> I have reviewed the permit application and have the following comments: <br /> • Bolton and Menk has reviewed the wetland delineation and concluded the report is complete. <br /> • Based on the Functional Assessment of Wetlands(FAW) Map,these wetlands are considered as Preserve Level <br /> and would trigger the Wetland Protection ordinance and require a 50' buffer. <br /> • Per the Wetland Protection Ordinance Sec 78-1601&1605 the code indicates a 50' buffer is required around the <br /> wetlands that are potentially adversely impacted apply.
