The applicant will need to have the surveyor show the proposed contours on <br /> a signed survey. <br /> • The hand drawn submittal now shows the removal of an existing retaining wall and installation of a new wall. <br /> The survey needs to show the top and bottom elevations of the proposed retaining wall. If the wall is over 4' in <br /> height,the applicant will need to submit signed engineering plans and specifications for the proposed retaining <br /> wall. <br /> • The hand drawn survey also shows a proposed swale.
