CERTIFICATION <br /> Frank Svoboda completed the above-described delineation on 4/23/2012. This delineation was <br /> performed according to the procedures described by the US Army Corps of Engineers in the <br /> 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual and the 2010 Midwest Region Supplement Wetland <br /> Delineation Manual. The delineation meets the standards and a criterion described in these <br /> manuals and conforms to the applicable standards and regulations in force at the time the <br /> delineation was completed. <br /> Report and graphics were prepared by David Haar(Wetland Ecologist UGIS Specialist) on this <br /> day 05/09/2012. The wetland delineation was completed initially by Brian Burgner during the <br /> winter season based on visible vegetation and verified by a spring field visit by Ben Carlson at <br /> which time growing plants were documented and soil samples obtained..
