A Petition was presented to the Council NAVARRE DRIVE-IN THEATRE regarding problems at the Navarre Drive- in Theatre. Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that the Village require the Drive-in Theatre to submit plans to install a privacy-security fence 6' high along with a timetable to accomplish the fencing and that no renewal license be approved until a plan approved by the Council is submitted.
