©,�. <br /> O O <br /> A- CITY of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. 5003 <br /> 3. Applicants shall eliminate all non-residential uses on the property such as commercial <br /> storage, etc. unless such uses are allowed by CUP or license, in which case the proper <br /> approvals shall be obtained if applicants wish to continue those uses. The applicants are <br /> advised of limitations on continued commercial greenhouse use of the property, given that <br /> the conditional use permit for such use which previously existed is no longer in effect. <br /> 4. Due to past concerns with commercial storage,on the site,applicants are advised to eliminate <br /> any non-residential uses of the property absent appropriate permits, and are advised to <br /> eliminate the clutter and debris on the property and maintain the property in a manner that <br /> will match the character of this rural residential neighborhood. <br /> 5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicants,but are <br /> permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br /> construction within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance will expire on <br /> that date(June 23, 2004). <br /> 6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall <br /> constitute a violation of the zoning code,shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br /> herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 7. The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms of this <br /> resolution and on behalf of the applicants and the applicants' heirs, successors and assigns, <br /> hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 23rd day of June, 2003. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> fl�°L -�-{c�\ <br /> Linda S.
